DESCRIPTION

Give your project a unique look while adding strength with the Flat Recess Dimple Die Set from HammerFab. This set includes dies for #10, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 inch screws. The Flat Recess Dimple Dies are CNC machined from 4140 alloy steel and heat-treated for years of use. Capacity is rated at 18 gauge mild steel, 20 gauge stainless, and 16 gauge aluminum. All of the dies can be used in a press or vise while the 3 larger sizes can also be used with one of the supplied draw bolts.

The bottom of the recessed circles made by the dimple dies are as follows:
#10 die = Approximately .525 inches
1/4 inch die = Approximately .700 inches
5/16 inch die = Approximately .875 inches
3/8 inch die = Approximately 1.090 inches

The overall outside diameter of the dimple dies are as follows:
#10 die = .800 inch OD
1/4 inch die = .950 inch OD
5/16 inch die = 1.190 inch OD
3/8 inch die = 1.480 inch OD
