The Hardcore Maximizer is a Premium Belt Grinder in a class of its own. The quality and flexibility of this machine must be seen to be believed. Seven different work stations are available and can be used in a vertical or horizontal configuration. Each work station comes with a tilting and height-adjustable table. Production work can benefit greatly because each station can be set up for a given angle and the height adjustment ensures maximum usage from your abrasives.

Optional contact wheels can go up to 10 inches and with the addition of the small wheel attachment, down to 5/16. The infinitely adjustable variable speed motor allows precise control and optimum grinding speed for the 2 x 72-inch belt. maximum belt speed with the 6-inch drive wheel allows for belt speeds up to 4500 SFM. By changing to an optional 8 or 10-inch drive wheel the belt speed can be increased to 6000 & 7500 SFM, accordingly.
