Icengineworks 1-1/2 NPS Turbo Manifold Fabrication System

Dramatically simplify turbo manifold design and fabrication with these turbo manifold modeling blocks from Icengineworks! The 1500NP Kit works similarly to the header blocks by simply snapping together, with the ability to rotate to create the exact radius necessary for your compact turbo manifold design. Blocks come in a variety of centerline radii and degrees to replicate common stainless cast pipe elbows. Each block features index points to aid in block rotation and obtaining the perfect radius for your custom manifold. Once a design is made, metal parts can be cut and welded to replicate your model.

The Icengineworks Cut System is designed to be used with a vertical band saw to make the process of cutting pre-formed elbows much easier! When used in conjunction with the Icengineworks modeling blocks, the included cutting board and alignment blocks make it much easier to duplicate each section of plastic blocks. The aluminum cutting board is designed to be aligned with the fence and slid across the table of a vertical band saw. When used with the included alignment blocks, elbows can be cut perfectly perpendicular to the tangent.
