The JET GHB-1236 is a 12 x 36 lathe that is a great entry machine for most job shops or schools. It features an enclosed gearbox that ensures smooth and quiet operation and its precision roller bearings support a hardened and ground spindle, allowing for tight tolerances essential in high-quality machining.

This lathe is equipped with a 6 inch 3-jaw direct mount chuck with a top reversing jaw, a steady rest, follow rest, LED work light, and a FREE stand with built in storage and emergency foot switch for added safety. All JET lathes come with the industry-leading JET Red Assurance Two-Year Warranty.
