This handy tool makes it extremely easy to get extra life out of those used 3 inch Roloc and quick change abrasives by cutting them perfectly to fit on a 2 inch backer. This kit includes the 2 inch hardened tool steel cutter, an alignment 2 inch backer pad, and a delrin block. It's easy to use and only requires a dead blow hammer to quickly cut a perfect circle every time.
