DESCRIPTION

This 4 inch High Throat Bead Roller is a new version of the popular 36 inch Mittler Brothers Power Drive Bead Roller. It allows the beading of high crown panels or shaped pieces, in addition to flat sheet metal, up to 16 gauge (.059) mild steel and .063 aluminum. Constructed from plate steel with heat treated gears, 3/4 inch heavy duty shafts, and Oilite bushings at the rotation points, this bead roller is built for demanding environments.

The machine features a variable speed foot pedal control with a reversible 110 volt motor. New for 2014 is the speed range adjustment dial, which allows the operator to limit the maximum speed of the bead roller motor.

This deluxe kit includes: a 5/16 inch round bead roll, 1/16 inch step roll, and a spoiler bead roll set. In addition, a rolling pedestal with roll storage, and depth stop make this machine portable and organized. Additional roll sets are available separately; Mittler Brothers offers the largest selection of bead roll sets on the market today!
