DESCRIPTION

The Swag Off Road Hulk is a high-quality USA made manual roll bender with dies available for round tubing, round pipe, square, rectangle, flat stock, handrail cap, channel, and electrical unistrut. All dies are available in steel construction for years of use and most can also be ordered in Delrin. Delrin dies are well suited for aluminum, copper, brass, and chrome finishes where abrasion or scratches on the material are not acceptable.

The Hulk Roll Bender is made with 1/4 inch thick plate for the frame and 4340 heat-treated Chromoly axles to eliminate flex and increase accuracy. A 2-ton bottle jack is included for upper roll adjustment along with a digital readout for repeatability. It can roll from 1/4 inch OD to 2-1/2 inch OD tubing, 1/2 to 2 inch square tubing, or 1/2 to 2 inch NPS pipe. Add the optional Electric Pipe Threader Adapter to utilize a Rigid or Central Machinery pipe threader to speed up the bending process and save your arms. With many of its tolerances machined to within +/-.003 thousands and its heavy-duty construction, the Hulk Manual Roll Bender is ready for a lifetime of use.
