Sheet metal punching tools produce clean, burr free holes in seconds making them a much better option than drilling in most cases. The biggest downfall on most punching tools would be swapping out the punch and die for a different size. It's a time consuming task especially if you need several different size holes in your project.

The Tin Knocker 18 Station Turret Punch solves that problem with it's spinning head design that features 18 punches and dies from 1/8 to 2-1/4 inch pre-loaded and ready to go. Simply spin the punch head and die head to the corresponding letter indicator and you're ready to work. This 8 ton punch is capable of punching up to 1/4 inch mild steel plate (consult your tonnage chart) and has an impressive throat depth of 18 inches. An optional stand is available (see accessories tab) or it can be mounted to a sturdy table or workbench.
