DESCRIPTION

Use these fixture plates with the included riser blocks, fixtures and clamps to fixture small parts for welding where it is most convenient for you. Arrange them in virtually any configuration to fit parts of many shapes and sizes.

Each plate weighs a hefty 25 lbs and measures 20 inches long x 6-1/4 inches wide, and 5/8 thick. The 30 fixturing holes in each plate are arranged in a 2 inch center to center pattern and are compatible with all BuildPro clamps. The plates also feature a nitrided finish for corrosion and weld spatter resistance

The included riser blocks and hardware raise the plate 1-1/2 inches above the table surface and also allow multiple plates to be linked together in any configuration to best suit the task at hand. Additionally, the riser blocks serve as a great way to secure the fixture plate in a bench vise. Additional plates and riser blocks can be found under the accessories tab.
