“Besides constantly having to tighten each end after a few punches or taking apart to lubricate once a month, this isn’t a bad center punch. I use it multiple times daily strictly on aluminum and somehow the tip has rolled flat in less than a year and tends to jump off centerline of it isn’t perfectly straight up and down or left to right. I couldn’t imagine using on mild steel or SS. A stronger tip would greatly help.”
