DESCRIPTION

The JET HVBS-712DV, 7 x 12 Variable Speed Deluxe Metalworking Band Saw is powered by a 3-step gear, 1hp DC motor from 88-270 SFPM. Each HVBS-712DV comes equipped with ball bearing blade guides, a 3/4 inch carbon steel blade, adjustable material stop, and an infeed table that doubles as a vertical worktable when using as a vertical band saw. The multi-position blade guide increases throat capacity from 4 to 8 inches in the vertical position. Circulating coolant system keeps the blade and material cool during the cutting process. Hydraulic down feed control adjusts to provide the correct cutting pressure for the head and the saw automatically shuts off after each cut. The 4 large diameter wheels and built in handle allow easy movement and the adjustable front legs ensure level and accurate cuts by featuring adjustable leveling pads.
