DESCRIPTION

Bead Form 2 HD quickly forms a hose bead on all types of tubing. Heat-treated lower shaft, needle bearings, replaceable pivot bushings, positive action gear drive, and steel form rollers make this tool suitable for production environments. It is designed to work on stainless, aluminum, copper, brass, or mild steel. The bead produced meets Milspec and SAE 5131B specs for 1-1/2 inch OD and larger.

The hand crank can be removed and replaced with a ratchet and 1/4 inch square socket. Can be bench mounted with the included bracket, vise mounted with additional block, and even comes with a handy carrying case and instructions. Great for fuel, intake, turbo, and radiator lines.
