DESCRIPTION

The Dake SE-8.5-M Mitering Head Band Saw has a large 8.5 inch OD capacity and thrives in light production work. The 1.75 HP, 220 V 3ph 2 speed motor features an automatic shut off at the end of the cut.
Additional features include a controlled hydraulic downfeed with manual return, a blade tensioning system with LED to take the guesswork out of tensioning the blade, and an integrated self-contained coolant system to keep the blade free of chips and aid in cut quality. The head miters up to 60 degrees right and utilizes mitering presets with flip-up stops for fast and easy angle adjustments. Horizontally mounted guide arms assist in straight cuts and are fully adjustable for consistency.
