DESCRIPTION

The heavy-duty Dake SE 712 horizontal band saw has features that are normally only available on much more expensive machines. Accurate and vibration free cuts are executed with the heavy cast bed and housing. Low voltage controls, auto shut off, and overload protection provide maximum operator safety and machine longevity. Fast material loading and unloading is completed using the quick release vise. A heavy duty drive train has a rugged gear box utilizing bronze and steel gears that power a quick-changed v-belt drive with 4 speeds. Head down feed is hydraulically controlled and can be adjusted for different materials and locked for saw set-up. The self-contained coolant system cools and cleans the blade and material during cutting operations.
