The JD Squared Beast is the notcher for builders who needs to cope in the middle of a bend and make quick offset copes in tubing up to 3 inch OD! This design from JD2 is a large capacity, offset-capable addition to the popular TN-100 and Notchmaster tube notchers. The heavy duty steel frame holds two multi-adjustable tubing clamps, and the ground and polished stainless shaft can be easily adjusted for offset coping.

The Beast's 1 inch shaft is supported by sealed needle bearings. Using bi-metal hole saws to make the cut, this is an economical way to cope those tough applications!
