DESCRIPTION

The JMR Ultra manual tube and pipe bender deluxe kit is a precision machined unit that offers heavy wall capacity. Built for the fabricator looking for a top quality bender to suit most structural applications. The JMR bender is set apart from the competition with bronze bushings at the pivot point, roller bearings supporting the ratcheting mechanism, military grade tough-coat finish, heat treated 4140 steel pins, 12-point hardware and three bending speeds. The NEW 90 degree rack means no more re-pinning the die on 90 degree bends and only 1 re-pin on a full 180 degree bend.

The Ultra manual bender gives the most leverage of any manual bender on the market but can also be upgraded to hydraulics later for even faster bending! Dies are available for round and square tubing as well as nominal pipe sizes (NPS). Includes handle, height-adjustable stand, billet aluminum degree ring and pointer.
