For a limited time get this exclusive bundle with the Roto-Star 1 that includes both a 6-inch chuck and a 12-inch surface plate! The Roto-Star welding positioners are a must for precision welding. These heavy-duty units were designed to increase productivity and improve quality for a variety of applications. They are also adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees by 15 degree increments and features a 300 amp double grounding system which eliminates feedback during high frequency welding. Dial in the speed from 0 to 10 RPM on the variable speed control and includes an on/off foot pedal.

Included in this Roto-Star bundle is a 6 inch 3-jaw chuck, as well as a 12 inch surface plate for fixturing workpieces. The surface plate has a vertical capacity of 200 lbs and can be mounted by simply removing the chuck and using three Allen bolts. The 3-jaw chuck features a through-hole for purge applications and can hold up to 200 lbs.

Optional accessories include an adjustable idler roller assembly or armrest. Roto-Star welding positioners are manufactured in the USA and carry a full one year warranty.
