DESCRIPTION

This heavy-duty press brake from Swag Off Road is the perfect addition to the 20-ton press found in many home workshops or garages. The minimum width between uprights required is 22.125. The segmented fingers in the top bar are made from 4140 steel and can be removed or rearranged to allow bending in restricted areas or on parts that may already have another bend. The fingers are segmented into 1, 2, 3, 4, and 9.5 inch pieces for a maximum bending length of 19.25 inches. The frame is fully welded and ready to install into your press. Installed in a 20 ton press, this brake is capable of bending the following steel sections and lengths:

19 inches in 3/16 inch mild steel
15 inches in 1/4 inch mild steel
13 inches in 5/16 inch mild steel
11 inches in 3/8 inch mild steel
6 inches in 1/2 inch mild steel
3 inches in 5/8 inch mild steel
