DESCRIPTION

This Mittler Bros. 36-inch Bead Roller Hot Rod Kit is perfect for adding strength or creating custom door panels, floor boards, firewalls, tanks, and more. This machine is specially equipped with adjustable upper and lower shafts for greater flexibility with bead profiles.

Built from plate steel, with 3/4 inch heavy duty shafts and hardened drive gears, this bead roller is built to last. The included industrial motor will bead up to 16 gauge (.059) mild steel and .063 aluminum. The reversible 110-volt motor features a variable-speed foot pedal control, a forward/reverse switch, and a speed range adjustment dial, allowing the operator to limit the maximum speed of the bead roller motor.

Options such as an adjustable depth stop, magnetic work light, and the largest selection of rolls available make this bead roller the ultimate value. See the Accessories tab for more information.

This deluxe kit includes: 1/8 inch and 5/16 inch round beads, 1/2 inch flat bead, 1/8 inch step, standard tank roll, 1/2 inch 90 degree bead set, and 1-1/2 inch Diameter Tube Roll Set.
