DESCRIPTION

The Mittler Brothers 36 inch Industrial Bead Roller is perfect for custom built sheet metal panels in street rods, aircraft restorations, and race cars. Fabricated from heavy duty steel plate, with 3/4 inch heavy duty shafts, and hardened drive gears, this bead roller is built very rugged.

This machine features a variable speed foot pedal control with a reversible 110 volt motor. Capacity is rated at 16 gauge mild steel and .063 aluminum. The motor is also equipped with a speed range adjustment dial, which allows the operator to limit the maximum speed of the bead roller motor.

The Basic Kit includes: a 1/4 inch round bead roll, 1/16 inch step roll, and a spoiler bead roll set. It also comes with a rolling pedestal with built in roll storage rack. Mittler Bros offers the largest selection of bead roll sets on the market today (see the Accessories tab).
