DESCRIPTION

This Mittler Brothers 24-inch Industrial Bead Roller is perfect for custom built sheet metal panels in street rods, aircraft restorations, and race cars. Machined from billet aluminum, with 3/4 inch heavy-duty shafts and hardened drive gears, this bead roller is built to last.

This machine features a variable speed foot pedal control with a reversible 110-volt motor. Capacity is rated at 16-gauge mild steel and .063 aluminum. The motor is also equipped with a speed range adjustment dial that allows the operator to limit the maximum speed of the bead roller.

The Basic Kit includes: a 1/4 inch round bead roll, 1/16 inch step roll, and a spoiler bead roll set. It also comes with a rolling pedestal with built-in roll storage rack. Mittler Bros offers the largest selection of bead roller dies on the market today (see the Accessories tab).
