DESCRIPTION

The Mittler Brothers 24-inch Bead Roller Restoration Kit is perfect for rolling beads in panels up to 16-gauge steel. The heavy-duty frame, machined from billet aluminum, is the strongest in the industry. Utilizing 3/4 inch heavy-duty shafts and hardened drive gears, this bead roller is built to handle the toughest jobs.

It features a variable-speed foot pedal control with a reversible 110-volt motor. Capacity is rated at 16-gauge mild steel and .063 aluminum. The motor is also equipped with a speed range adjustment dial that allows the operator to limit the maximum speed of the bead roller.

This bead roller deluxe kit includes: a 1/4 inch round bead roll, 1/16 inch step roll, 1/2 inch flat bead roll, a spoiler bead roll set, a tipping roll set, and an art pattern roll set. It also comes with a rolling pedestal with built-in roll storage rack. Mittler Bros offers the largest selection of bead roller dies on the market today (see the Accessories tab).
