DESCRIPTION

The Baileigh PH-19 reciprocating power hammer is the little brother of the popular MH-19 Multi-Hammer and uses much of the same tooling. The PH-19 is a fixed throw machine similar to a Pullmax and can be used for shrinking, stretching, doming, beading, offsetting, and edge turning. The robust design and reasonably small portable design, along with 110 volt power requirement, make this machine a great choice for production environments as well as hobby shops.

The PH-19-VS features an inverter-driven variable speed motor that produces up to 1700 beats per minute and offers precise control in delicate operations. The 19-inch throat and quick-release bottom tool holder enable the operator to start working in the middle of a panel while maintaining a constant working pressure. Tooling changes out quickly and easily, and has a 5-inch height adjustment, allowing for a variety of standard and custom dies to be used for several metal shaping operations.
