DESCRIPTION

This Mittler Bros. 36 inch Adjustable Shaft Bead Roller is perfect for creating one of a kind art pieces, custom door panels, or adding beads for strength. This machine is specially equipped with adjustable upper and lower shafts for greater flexibility with bead profiles.

Built from plate steel, with 3/4 inch heavy duty shafts and hardened drive gears, this bead roller is built very ruggedly. The included industrial motor will bead up to 16 (.059) gauge mild steel and .063 aluminum.

The machine features a variable speed foot pedal control with a reversible 110 volt motor and a speed range adjustment dial, which allows the operator to limit the maximum speed of the bead roller motor.
